We currently deliver to Slovakia and the Czech Republic. We are working on expanding our services to Italy, Germany, Austria, Hungary, and Poland in the near future.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. Delivery times are as follows:

Slovakia: 2–3 business days from dispatch
Czech Republic: 2–3 business days from dispatch

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your parcel via the Packeta website or mobile app.

Cash on delivery (in cash or by card to the courier)

All payments are processed via the secure payment gateway Stripe, ensuring your data and transactions are protected.

When choosing cash on delivery, you can pay securely directly to the courier – by card or in cash.

Currently, payments are accepted in euros. We are preparing a dedicated e-shop for the Czech Republic with payment in Czech crowns.
